Who We Are

Karen Hollihan, daughter of Inge Bruckmann, serves as President of the foundation. Based in Miami, Florida, Karen brings deep personal understanding of her mother's vision and unwavering commitment to continuing the legacy of arts education in Ecuador.

Having grown up witnessing her mother's dedication to the arts, Karen understands the profound impact that quality arts education can have on young lives and communities. Her leadership ensures that the foundation's work remains true to Inge's original vision while adapting to meet contemporary needs.

Heidi Maria Laniado, grandchild of Inge Bruckmann, serves as Director of the foundation. Living in Guayaquil, Ecuador, Heidi provides essential on-the-ground leadership and maintains direct connections with the communities we serve.

As a member of the third generation, Heidi brings fresh perspectives while honoring family traditions. Her presence in Ecuador allows the foundation to maintain strong local relationships and ensure that programs remain responsive to community needs and cultural contexts.
